What Does Being a Warranty Program Member Mean for Your Home?

To become a member, Majestic Homes Builders, Inc went through an extensive screening process that measures our building practices against strict underwriting guidelines. Additionally, we undergo a careful inspection of workmanship. In doing so, we can meet or even exceed your expectations.

With the purchase of your new home, you will receive a copy of the sample warranty that explains what is covered. You will also be given a maintenance manual, which includes tips on how to care for your house. In addition, the warranty is fully-transferable, which increases the resale value of your home.

  • Warranty Coverage

    • 10 Full Years of Structural Defect Coverage for Load-Bearing Components
    • 1 Full Year of Systems Surety Coverage Against Defects in Wiring, Piping, and Ductwork in Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, and Mechanical Systems
    • 1 Full Year of Surety Coverage Against Defects in Workmanship and Materials
